| Summer Leg of GGPO 06 a Success, Starts and Ends With Houses T.P.ed |

Go Go woke up the morning of September 30th and discovered that someone toilet
papered his house. This was a sign of the craziness to come. After all the Saturday
events were played, the Olympians went and toilet papered the house of Eric and soon
to be Emily Sackett. The Sacketts also left their door unlocked which meant we had to
toilet papered the inside as well. On Sunday, Basketball concluded the 2006 Olympics
with 7 contestants stupid enough to brave the heat and potential vomiting.
Tom Terrell won 7 medals as he was named Summer MVP. Scott Carril also won 7
medals but Tom had two more golds. Tom's Terrell 10 overall medals tied him for the
2006 lead in medals with 2006 Winter MVP Sean Gregory. So who is Olympian of the
year? Derrick Baier suggested a fight to the death but that was voted as being a little
extreme.
After much debate it was decided that Sean Gregory was your 2006 Olympian of the
year. Sean and Tom each had 5 golds but Sean had 4 silvers to Tom's 1. So, Sean
gets to pick an event for next year's Olympics.
Thanks to everyone who came, brought beer and food, took pics and videos, helped set
