The 2006 GoGoPlanet Olympics will start a little early this year. In years past the
Olympics have been held on the 4th Saturday of September but this year there will be
a Winter edition along with the usual Summer games. The "Winter Olympics" will be
held on President's Day weekend, Feb 18th & 19th, 2006.
There will be eight events at the winter leg, including seven virgin games to the
GoGoPlanet Olympics (Beer Pong is the only event that has been played before at
the Olympics). All games will be played on Saturday except for Bowling, which will be
held on Sunday, February 19th.
The Olympics will start off with a Flag Football game between the Ridge Heights Chili
Peppers and the yet unnamed Forest Hills team (plans are in the work to rename this
dysfunctional franchise). The Peppers will look to continue their undefeated streak
(5-0) against Forest Hills as they have won both previous Olympics team events, 2004
Kickball and 2005 Softball, along with the 2003 World Kickball Championships and two
other Kickball games.
Then its back to the Ridge Heights Ranch as the Olympians will participate in Odds or
Evens, Darts (501, 301), Foosball, Hungry Hungry Hippos, Beer Pong, and Asshole.
